Moving House & Estate Packages
Decluttering to Move & Downsizing 3 hour Package
Moving is time consuming process, especially if you are planning on selling. We want to help make the process easier by working together for a block of 3 hours with two professional organisers to declutter and organise. Then you only pack what you want to keep and present your home beautifully to the buyer.
Upon arrival to your home we will:
- Confirming the area(s) you would like decluttered or downsized as a priority.
- Define your goals for the area(s)
- Begin sorting through the space, placing each item into various boxes* of keep (pack), donate or bin
- Helping you to sort thru precious possessions and heirlooms and decide what to keep, give away or donate
- Arranging the items you wish to keep in a way that will help sell your home as quickly as possible
- Reassessing the area(s)
- We will remove any items from the home that the client wishes to donate or trash, (as much as fit in our vehicles)
- For larger jobs we can provide a trailer (for an additional fee)
*Any boxes and/or packing material can be provided by the client, or Blue Lilac can provide such items for an additional charge

Getting Ready to Move Decluttering 1 1/2 hour Package

- Define your goals for the area/s
- Begin sorting through the space, placing each item into various boxes* of keep (pack), donate, or bin
- Includes staging & cleaning the area(s), as time allows, with your own items to be best presented for the photos and to the buyer
- We will remove any items from the home that the client wishes to donate or bin (as much as fit in our vehicles)
- Reassessing the area/s

Getting Ready to Move 1 1/2 Hour Package Prices from $275
Estate Assistance Package
Handling a loved-one’s estate can be difficult and emotional and we would love to help. Working together with two professional organisers, we provide tailor made packages depending on the assistance required.
Upon arrival to the home we will:
- Confirming the area(s) you would like sorted through and organised as priorities
- Separate Out all sentimental items, important documents and photographs
- Begin sorting through the space, placing each item into various boxes* of keep, donate, or bin
- For larger jobs we can bring with us a trailer (for an additional cost)
- We can also offer staging of the home if it is to be up for sale with items from the estate (to be best presented for the photos and to the buyer)
*Any boxes and/or packing material can be provided by the client, or Blue Lilac can provide such items for an additional charge.
**Minimum Package Length for a booking is 3 Hours

Upon arrival to your home we will:
- Confirming the area(s) you would like unpacked & set up as a priority
- Define your goals for the area(s)
- Begin unpacking the boxes and determining the best location for the items
- Provide suggestions for any items that may be duplicates or extra items that won’t fit into the new space
- Arranging the items in an easy to use and logical manner
- Reassessing the area(s)
- We will remove any items from the home that the client wishes to donate or trash (as much as fit in our vehicles)
